Harper's Ferry, West Virginia to Baltimore, Maryland

Before re-living trip of two weeks ago, let's revisit
farmer's market of  a few years ago.
It looks just the same this week.

The spots on the photo are splattered bugs
since the photo was taken through the windshield

Most of our drive through Baltimore to get downtown and to the harbor
was not in the nicest part of town....not even close.

 Baltimore Basilica

This building to the right is a prison just on the fringe of downtown Baltimore.
It is a very impressive building.
You can see it in the distance. We wandered our way to it, thinking it
must be a very large and impressive old church building.
Not so...as we got closer the circles of wire on top of the
fences were a clue.

And yet another trip around the Basilica as we tried to get through
afternoon commute traffic

Rows and Rows and Rows of Row Houses

This is going to be a fine looking church when the rest of it is sand blasted.
