Lane across the street from Old Lard's Barn Bed and Breakfast
       Old Lard's Barn

Fiddler's Hall of Fame and Museum in Osceola, New York
The house that is now the museum was Betty's grandparents home
Her Grandfather owned the local lumber mill and broom making factory
The museum is only open on weekends, but Betty had arranged for Leona, a relative of a relative
(Uncle Harold  was great uncle and uncle to them on different sides of the family)
to open the museum for us.
Later she had lunch with us and we enjoyed learning more Comins family and local history.
Leona runs the Old Lard's Barn Bed and Breakfast

 Old Methodist Church in Osceola
 Meeting Leona for lunch
Post person just has to turn the wheel
and the next box comes to them
If memory serves, this was the home of Betty's Uncle and Aunt
This home next to the cemetery is where Betty's Grandmother and bachelor Uncle lived
after moving from the house that is now the Fiddler's Museum
I like how Nature has embraced this memorial to the dead

A good breakfast at the little cafe
So green. Old Lard's Barn sounds fattening!
